Backflip Graffix Design Studio LLC reserves the right to demonstrate all of its custom order and commissioned work for company records and demonstrative portfolio purposes. Backflip Graffix Design Studio LLC will not be liable for producing products representing imagery, intellectual property, creative rights or functionality not belonging to the customer requesting the custom order. Customers will be fully responsible for any legal action taken against them and/or Backflip Graffix Design Studio LLC, for conflicts, penalties, attorney fees or repercussions resulting from unauthorized imagery or content submitted by customers requesting custom production, or any other customizable services offered by Backflip Graffix Design Studio LLC.

Shipping & Delivery

​

Packages Typically ship within 7 days from the date we receive the payment for the order.

​

If the order is not delivered within 30days from the date we receive the payment, the consumer is entitled to cancel the order. Then Backflip Graffix Design Studio LLC is obliged to refund the payment within 30 days. Products are shipped directly from The United States.

IMPORTANT - If a package is returned to the warehouse because the buyer did not claim the package, Backflip Graffix Design Studio LLC does not send replacements.

​

Backflip Graffix Design Studio LLC is not responsible for any actions taken by customs against your package during shipping and delivery processes. Backflip Graffix Design Studio LLC has no control over customs shipping policies and regulations.

Buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your package. Customs determines these charges, and Backflip Graffix Design Studio LLC has no way of knowing what these charges may be.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

​

Art & printed goods are final sale. Please note that limited release items that are damaged from transit may not be able to be replaced.

​

For apparel items, if the customer is not satisfied with the product they are entitled to return the purchase within 7 days after reception of the good(s). Products must be returned in unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition within the original packaging.

​

Please file the return or exchange within 7 days after receiving the good(s) and wait for instructions via email. After receiving instructions, the customer must return the package and tracking within 2 days. Backflip Graffix Design Studio LLC is not responsible for packages lost during transit.

​

When a product shows factory defects or if Backflip Graffix Design Studio LLC has shipped the wrong color/size, we will pay for the shipping costs in the form of a refund. In all other cases the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned good(s). If applicable a refund or credit to your account will be issued within 8 business days. In case of an exchange, if the product is not available you will receive a credit memo which must be redeemed within 90 days.

Accounts, Passwords and Security

Certain features or services offered on or through this website may require you to open an account. The customer is entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for any and all activity that occurs under your account. However, you may be held liable for losses incurred by Backflip Graffix Design Studio LLC or any other user of or visitor to this website due to someone else using your password or account.
